Whether this movie title is take on the “Shit Happens” phrase, I'm not all too certain. A man who lost his wife turns the tragedy into catharsis with his self-help seminars and best selling book. At one of these sessions at a hotel he encounters an unassuming florist, and they impact one another's lives. The agent played by Fogler adds some more laughs.

A heartfelt romantic tale, but falls just short of being something more than memorable.
